Each party appoints one arbitrator, and a third arbitrator will be jointly selected by the first two. Arbitration will take place in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The arbitrators’ decision is final, and both parties are legally bound to comply.

If alternative-dispute resolution does not resolve the matter, the dispute may be brought before the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.
