Population Coverage
Given the institutional mandate of welfare, the disadvantaged poor will be the primary group with which Welfare Family Bangladesh will work. Among such groups Backward, poor, falling behind and disadvantaged groups, minority groups, environmental migrants, women, children with disabilities and marginalized groups, youth and adolescents, older persons and populations affected by disasters and climate change will be included. In terms of improving the quality of life of the target population, the main focus will be on financial empowerment and improvement of quality of life of backward, poor, backward and troubled people, poverty alleviation and sustainable development, social and economic development.
